Introduction:
After careful selection, the College Representatives (CRs) at Code for Change Farwest embarked on a transformative journey through a meticulously planned online orientation program. Under the guidance of Project Lead Rohit Pal, the executive team collaborated to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.

Preparation and Coordination:
The initial step involved a collaborative discussion among executive members to determine roles and responsibilities during the orientation on Google Meet. Tasks were delegated, and preparations were made with the guidance of Project Lead Rohit Pal. The Secretary then sent out invitations to CRs, core team members, executive teams of Farwest, and project leads from other provinces.

Orientation Details:

Date and Time: The CR orientation program took place on January 21, 2024, starting at 8:00 PM.
Host: Mr. Hardik Lekhak, HR Lead of CFC Farwest, hosted the event, using visually stunning slides to enhance the experience.
Program Highlights:

Welcome Speech: Ms. Asmita Ojha, Secretary of CFC Farwest, initiated the program with a warm welcome.
Check-in Session: Participants engaged in a unique icebreaker question, fostering interaction and connection among CRs.
Introduction to Code for Change: Vice-Secretary Mr. Prakash Sapkota provided an overview of CFC's vision, mission, values, hierarchy, and the role of CRs.
Guest Speakers:
Ms. Shreesha Aatreya, Project Lead of Butwal, shared her CFC journey.
Vice Treasurer Ms. Nisha Bhatt, a CR of the previous tenure, provided valuable insights based on her experiences.
CR Policies and Group Behavior:
Secretary Ms. Asmita Ojha conveyed essential information about CR policies and group behavior, ensuring an interactive session through message chats.

Fun Session:
A lighthearted session allowed participants to name their life as a movie and tag others, promoting camaraderie.

Guest Speeches:
Distinguished guests, including Founder and Director Mr. Nirajan Chhetri, Technical Officer Mr. Suman Gaihre, Former Project Lead CM Bhatt, Project Leads from other provinces, shared inspiring words, welcoming and encouraging the newly appointed CRs.

Q&A Session and Closing Remarks:
CRs were given the opportunity to pose questions, fostering engagement. Project Lead Mr. Rohit Pal provided valuable insights and closing remarks, concluding the event on a high note.
