Code for Change organizes several personal and professional workshops throughout the calendar year. The workshops are intended to provide technical as well as market-related knowledge.
Mr. Lamsal started his professional journey when he was in college. He worked as a full-stack developer for 2 years. After that, he volunteered in a public school for 2 years at Dang. Now he is working as a Business analyst in a renowned company. He has been engaging with Code for Change since its initiation as an advisor.
Mr. Sharma is a Software Engineer, Coach, and Tech Enthusiast graduate from NCIT. He started his career in Information Technology as a UI designer. Then he founded basobaas.com. Now he is working as a Chief Technical Officer at Asterdio Inc. He has been supporting Code for Change as an advisor since the first Hackathon of CFC.
She is a Digital marketer, Brand Creator, and an enthusiast in the field of Psychoanalysis. With 4+ years of experience in Branding & Marketing, She helps brands stand out in this socially noisy world. Currently, She is working with national and international clients on a freelance basis. She is advising Code for Change in Digital Marketing & Branding.
We are the team, "Beatrix". It has a Latin meaning of "she who brings happiness". We intend to bring happiness to the lives of our members by making their journey into the tech industry pleasant and well-informed. Our objective for this tenure is to ensure the growth in both technical & non-technical skills of our members by conducting various training, workshop & year-long mentorship. We intend to give hands-on industry experience to our members and introduce them to the scope of the IT industry in Nepal. The local body is formed by a team of mentors and industry experts committed to providing constant support and guidelines to the members with frequent performance reviews.
"Codera," we are the team. The term alludes to a partnership between the code for change and Pokhara. Our goals for this term are to ensure the development of members' abilities and to improve the visibility of code for change in Pokhara. Team Codera facilitates networking among members as well as with IT professionals in the market. The national body is comprised of a group of mentors and industry professionals who are committed to providing members with continuous support and direction, as well as frequent performance evaluations. We seek to provide our members with hands-on industry experience and to introduce them to the extent of the IT sector in Nepal.

We also look forward to fulfilling our social responsibility of giving back to the community where we belong by working for tech awareness and many more. Networking among students and experts of various colleges, faculties, organizations, and companies for long-term collaboration has been also an integral part of our journey. The team of IT students of various colleges of Rupandehi is leading this local body, with support from the core team, different executive bodies, and various advisors/ supporters.
